HGC Management Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Materials Sorter to join our team in the recycling industry. As a Materials Sorter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate sorting of recyclable materials.
Responsibilities- Education and Experience: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Work Site Environment: You will work in a hot, noisy, and cold/refrigerated environment.
- Transportation and Travel: You will be required to use your own transportation, and public transportation is available.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: You will be required to perform repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
- Weight Handling: You will be required to lift and handle materials weighing up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
- Personal Suitability: You must be punctual, dependable, have initiative, be reliable, and a team player.
- Screening Questions: You will be required to answer questions about your availability for shift or on-call work, the advertised start date, and your eligibility to work in Canada.
