Job Description

Crown Floors Decor is seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Manager to lead our strategic operations team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for evaluating daily operations, identifying and investigating compliance issues, and planning and organizing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify and investigate compliance issues to ensure regulatory adherence
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve team goals
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for accounting and financial control
  • Establish policies and procedures for assessing credit and loan applications
  • Authorize loan and credit applications
  • Oversee the preparation of reports to inform business decisions
  • Advise senior management on financial matters
  • Lead and instruct groups to achieve business objectives
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Network to develop business relations and promote the sale of loan, investment, and other banking services
  • Variance analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in financial services management
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
