About the Job

Fine Art Montessori Childcare Centre is seeking a skilled Early Childhood Educator to lead our Infant and Toddler room as a Team Leader. Candidates must possess an Infant and Toddler ECE license to practice and have at least 3-5 years of experience in IT Room management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a passion for learning in children, ensuring they enjoy their day and are prepared academically and socially for school.
  • Promote individuality, boost self-esteem, and encourage meaningful friendships among children, parents, and staff.
  • Lead activities focused on learning, play, skill development, teamwork, and more, observing children for signs of learning or behavioral challenges.
Requirements
  • Infant and Toddler ECE license to practice.
  • At least 3-5 years full-time experience in IT Room team leader/management.
  • Valid First Aid Certificate.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
