About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Field Inspector to join our team at State Window Corporation. As a key member of our safety and quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality in our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the Implementation of Safety Programs

Work closely with our safety manager to develop and implement safety programs that meet or exceed industry standards.

Examine Plans, Drawings, and Site Layouts

Review and analyze construction plans, drawings, and site layouts to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Provide Information and Training

Develop and deliver training programs to employers, employees, and the general public on construction safety and quality assurance best practices.

Ensure Compliance and Quality

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building codes, and identify areas for improvement.

Inspect for Structural Defects and Fire Hazards

Inspect existing buildings for structural defects and fire hazards, and provide recommendations for remediation.

Prepare Reports and Documentation

Prepare detailed reports and documentation on site inspections, including survey notes and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction safety and quality assurance
