Citi seeks a highly skilled and experienced Risk Identification and Mitigation Specialist to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks across the organization, working closely with the Lines of Defense to implement effective risk management strategies.

You will provide expert guidance and oversight to the First and Second Lines of Defense, ensuring that risk identification, measurement, monitoring, and reporting practices are aligned across Citi's businesses and functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess potential risks to the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Lines of Defense to ensure alignment of risk identification, measurement, monitoring, and reporting practices.
  • Provide expert guidance and oversight to the First and Second Lines of Defense.
  • Stay up-to-date with applicable regulatory guidance and ensure that Citi is meeting its regulatory commitments.
  • Analyze data and identify trends and patterns.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in risk management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management.
  • Proven track record of identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Results-driven and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
