Job Summary
This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with gas maintenance plan standards and reporting. The successful candidate will monitor adherence to standards, work with gas utilities to correct deviations, and provide leadership for prioritization of gas operations/engineering related technology enhancement requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the owner of standardized compliance maintenance plans, work and compliance matrix, and associated process workflows and documents.
- Monitor adherence to gas compliance standards and work with gas utilities to correct any deviations from standards for preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Provide leadership for the prioritization of gas operations/engineering related technology enhancement requests.
- Identify areas of risk and facilitate development of mitigation plans with gas utilities, leadership, IT, and other stakeholders.
- In collaboration with the gas utilities and IT, identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience within the natural gas industry.
- Prefer project management experience.
- Team Lead experience – demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members.
