About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Glass and Body Technician to join our team at All-In-One Autobody Inc.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive glass repair and bodywork, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Estimate Repair Costs: Review damage examination reports to estimate repair costs for clients.
  2. Inspect Repaired Vehicles: Conduct thorough inspections of repaired vehicles to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  3. Plan Repair Work: Plan and prioritize repair work to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients are satisfied with the repair process.
  5. Test Drive Vehicles: Test drive vehicles to ensure proper handling and quality of repairs.
  6. Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
  7. Training and Development: Train and develop apprentices in glass and body repair techniques.
  8. Component Replacement: Replace front-end components, body panels, doors, and frame components as needed.
  9. BODY SURFACE REPAIR: File, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired.
  10. Masking and Taping: Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting.
  11. Dent and Buckle Repair: Use blocks and hammers to remove dents, buckles, and other defects.
  12. Panel Replacement: Remove damaged panels and install replacement parts.
  13. Painting and Priming: Apply primers and repaint surfaces as needed.
  14. Interior Repair: Repair or replace interior components, including damaged windows, windshields, and sunroofs.
  15. Color Matching: Mix paint and match colors to ensure a perfect finish.
  16. Equipment Operation: Operate soldering equipment and use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams.
  17. Frame Straightening: Use frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment to straighten bent frames.
