Balkana European Bakery is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and productivity
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on equipment and facilities
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth warehouse operations
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Flexibility, judgement, and reliability
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
Work Environment:

Our warehouse is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will be working with a team to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.

Language:

The primary language of communication in our warehouse is English.

Work Schedule:

Our warehouse operates on a 30-40 hour per week schedule, with flexible hours to accommodate the needs of the business.
