About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Stocker to join our team at Les investissements Michel Deslauriers inc. As a Retail Stocker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-stocked and organized retail environment, ensuring that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Stocking Merchandise: Receive and stock merchandise in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all products are accurately counted and stored in their designated areas.
  • Maintaining a Clean and Organized Store: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the stockroom, sales floor, and customer service areas.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operating Equipment: Operate a forklift and other equipment as needed to move merchandise and maintain the store environment.
  • Performing Inventory Tasks: Perform inventory tasks, including counting and reconciling stock, to ensure that our inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborating with Team Members: Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: French language proficiency required.
  • Availability: Availability to work 40 hours per week required.
