Science Teacher

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Science Teacher to join our team at Aitchison School of Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Science to high school students and will be expected to demonstrate a passion for education and a commitment to student success.
Key Responsibilities- Teaching and Lesson Planning: Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of high school students, ensuring that they meet the curriculum requirements and are aligned with the school's educational goals.
- Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement, motivation, and academic achievement.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student learning and progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure that students receive the support they need to succeed.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with best practices in Science education, attending professional development opportunities and participating in curriculum development to ensure that the school's Science program remains current and relevant.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of teaching experience in a high school setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, and a passion for Science education.
