We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the day-to-day operations of our clinic and play a pivotal role in our strategic growth and expansion initiatives.

About the Role

As our Clinic Director, you will be responsible for performing clinical assessments and implementing treatment plans for clients, providing ongoing evaluation of client progress, and ensuring quality improvement in the delivery of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve scheduling issues or changes that arise in the clinic
  • Coordinate operational activities with the team and demonstrate a strong presence in the clinic
  • Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development
  • Assist in recruitment and hiring of staff
  • Communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence

Qualifications
  • Graduate in Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy/Chiropractic/Kinesiology/RMT from a duly recognized university
  • Registered in good standing with the College of BC
  • Minimum of 3-5+ years of clinical and administrative leadership experience in a rehabilitation clinic
  • Completion of advanced orthopedic courses is a strong asset
