Heng Mei Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a skilled Welder-Fitter Helper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, as well as performing pre-operational inspections and reading blueprints to determine work requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials from vehicles and equipment.
  • Transportation: Transport materials to and from construction sites using company vehicles or equipment.
  • Pre-Operational Inspections: Conduct pre-operational inspections on equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Blueprint Reading: Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Erecting and Dismantling: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and perform routine maintenance work on equipment and machinery.
  • Site Cleanup: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Machine Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, and direct traffic at or near construction sites.

Requirements:

  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
