Atout Recruitment is seeking a skilled Water Treatment Operator to join our client's team in the regions of Côte-Nord, Chaudière-Appalaches, Montérégie, Estrie, and Bas-Saint-Laurent.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to oversee the operation and maintenance of water treatment equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of treated water, monitoring processes, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control water treatment processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance
  • Write and submit regulatory reports as required
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve operational goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • DEC/AEC/DEP in Water Treatment or a related field
  • Valid qualification certificates in water treatment (drinking/wastewater) from Emploi Québec
  • Strong analytical and observational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
