Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Roll-On Painting. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
- Mix paint to the desired color and texture.
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Estimate costs and materials for painting projects.
- Select appropriate paint or mix paints for specific projects.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in painting or a related field.
- Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
