About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global Talent Acquisition, Delivery team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for providing recruitment support to our manufacturing plants in times of high volume, projects, expansions, or other specialized needs.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a recruiter in a manufacturing environment, with prior agency experience preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is also desired. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates in difficult markets using various technologies, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and local posting sites/affiliations.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers, providing feedback and recommendations to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidate. You will also develop candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and manage the job offer process.

About You
  • 3+ years of experience as a recruiter in a manufacturing environment
  • Prior agency experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience sourcing candidates in difficult markets using various technologies
  • Ability to apply recruitment knowledge and experience across recruitment policies, programs, processes, and functions
  • Customer-obsessed, ensuring candidate experience and support is a top priority
