About the Role

Celestial Systems Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Data Architect to join our team. As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing database systems that meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Database Design and Development: Design and develop database systems that are scalable, secure, and efficient.
  • Data Administration: Develop and implement data administration policies, standards, and models to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Business Intelligence: Design, develop, and implement business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision making.
  • Database Management: Operate database management systems to analyze data and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Scripting and Development: Write scripts related to stored procedures and triggers to automate database tasks.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collect and document user requirements to ensure that database systems meet business needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in database design, development, and administration.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of database management systems, data modeling, and data warehousing.
  • Personal Qualities: Client focus, initiative, organized, team player, flexibility, analytical, and proactive.
