Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to patients in an interdisciplinary fee-for-service clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quality therapy services based on best practice guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with clients, other staff, and professionals as required
  • Represent the vision and philosophy of the Wellness Institute by demonstrating a strong customer service philosophy

Requirements

  • Recent and relevant clinical experience preferred
  • Familiarity practicing in a fee-for-service physiotherapy setting preferred
  • Exposure to clinical research methods preferred

Education and Certification

  • Entry-to-practice academic credential in physiotherapy from an accredited Canadian university program or the approved equivalent if internationally educated
  • Registration on the Active Practice Register of the College of Physiotherapists of Manitoba

Working Conditions

  • Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time without resting
  • Must demonstrate the use of safe and effective body mechanics while working with clients
