Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at K-Hart Industries Ltd. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the warehouse, supply area, and office.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels, process incoming requisitions, and maintain records on the inventory control system.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use, prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies, and ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including advising on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, including data entry and inventory control.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment.
  • Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organized, reliability, and a team player.
