Job Title: Food Service Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Colton Rock Enterprises Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring the efficient operation of our food service counter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, as well as package take-out food and portion and wrap foods.
  • Cleanliness: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Housekeeping: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, and team player.
