About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Sheet Metal Journeyperson to join our Interior Team located in Cranbrook, BC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building sheet metal fittings, working on-site, and leading projects or developing your leadership skills.
Requirements- Relevant Sheet Metal Journeyman experience within the mechanical industry
- Ability to build sheet metal fittings
- Able to work on their own as part of a team
- Experienced at leading a project or interested in developing leadership skills
- Read and interpret drawings
- Willing to work in a shop and on-site
- We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package
- Wages for Sheet Metal Journeyperson start at $40-$46 per hour, depending on experience and training
- $1,000 Signing Bonus
- Cell Phone allowance
- Employer-paid RRSP contributions for every hour worked in addition to your hourly wage
- Vehicle allowance paid for every hour worked in addition to your hourly wage
- 5 paid flex days per year in addition to holidays, stats, and sick days
