Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at Edmonton Transport Ltd. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide professional service.
  • Logistics: Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption.
  • Maintenance: Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of cargo, hours of service, and other relevant information.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Driver's License (Class 1 or A) required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to handle heavy loads and sit for extended periods.
Work Environment

This is an on-the-road job that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
