Master Luthier

Dingwall Guitars Inc. is seeking an experienced guitar repairer to join our team.

We are looking for a skilled luthier with a strong background in repairing and restoring stringed musical instruments, particularly wooden guitars. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent hand skills, and the ability to work independently.

• Inspect and assess guitars to determine the required repairs and restoration work
• Use hand, power, or specialized tools to repair or replace defective parts and components
• Test and adjust repaired instruments to ensure proper functioning
• Calibrate instruments using precision hand tools

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong educational background in other trades or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in guitar repair and restoration
• Excellent hand skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
