Job Description:Client Solutions Manager

We are seeking an experienced Client Solutions Manager (licensed insurance broker/agent) to work directly with clients in delivering exceptional customer service. As a Client Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for guiding new clients through the policy purchase process, handling policy renewals, changes, and billing issues.

  • Supporting a designated portfolio of clientele to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Growing our client base through new business acquisition activities.
  • Representing Gallagher Skippers' Plan at industry events and shows.
  • Reviewing accounts at renewal, placing coverage required by the client, re-marketing when necessary, and adhering to binding authority set out by carriers.
  • Responding to client inquiries promptly and efficiently, maintaining quick turnaround times for actions required on behalf of the client.
  • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving the creation of quality leads.
  • Staying up-to-date with new products and policy changes to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements:Essential Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years' experience in personal lines insurance.
  • Pleasure craft marine experience is an asset.
  • R.I.B.O licensed (nationally licensed or ability to become nationally licensed).
  • University degree or college diploma, CAIB and/or CIP designation is an asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Epic is an asset.
