Crown Eaglepro Constructions and Renovations Ltd. is seeking a skilled Renovation Helper to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in various tasks related to renovation and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Measure and prepare materials for rigging and hoisting.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction.
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Pave and rake asphalt.
  • Perform routine maintenance work.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.

  • Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically demanding tasks requiring heavy lifting and manual labor.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.

  • Provide cultural competency training and awareness to create a welcoming work environment.
  • Facilitate access to Elders for support and guidance.

This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. English is the primary language used in the workplace.
