Job Summary

The Food Service Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and contributing to the overall success of our store.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, following established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety protocols, cleaning equipment and surfaces, and reporting any hazards or incidents.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the store by meeting sales targets, achieving productivity standards, and supporting colleagues as needed.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in food service an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
