Our Team
We are a diverse group of individuals working together in a modern office in Mount Pleasant, easily accessible by public transit. Our office features a coffee bar, lounge area, and kitchenette, providing a comfortable and productive work environment.
Job Summary
We are seeking a General Pressroom Helper to join our Vancouver team and work our third shift. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and fast learner with an eye for detail, able to operate the press to ensure maximum productivity and meet product specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the press to ensure maximum productivity
- Ensure product specifications are met and paper is loaded
- Perform preventive maintenance on the press
- Record production data
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Previous experience in a printing environment
- Ability to read and understand important documentation, including safety rules and operating instructions
- Ability to follow written, verbal, and visual instructions
- Ability to regularly stand and lift up to 40 pounds
- Basic math skills
