Job Title: Truck Driver

YYR LOGISTICS LTD. is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation: Safely operate a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods across the country.
  • Logistics: Plan and coordinate transportation routes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients by ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience as a Truck Driver is an asset.
  • Certifications: Air Brake (Z) Endorsement and Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
  • Communication Systems: Operate GPS and other navigation equipment.
  • Transportation/Travel: Willing to travel cross-border and for extended periods.
Work Environment:

As a Truck Driver, you will be working on the road, driving a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods across the country. You will be required to work independently and make decisions quickly to ensure safe and timely delivery of goods.
