Housekeeping Operations Manager

HCC Home Care Cleaners is seeking a highly organized and reliable individual to fill the role of Housekeeping Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services.
- Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management
- Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that all necessary materials are available for staff to perform their duties.
- Quality Control
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure that cleaning standards are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
- Transportation and Travel
- Valid driver's license is required for this role.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Work in a team environment with a focus on collaboration and communication.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.

This is a permanent, on-the-road job with a 30-40 hour workweek.
