About the Role
The Government of Nunavut is seeking a skilled RN Case Manager to join its team in Iqaluit. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing cases related to healthcare services within the Qikiqtaaluk region.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, facilities, and services to ensure effective delivery of care services.
- Coordinate referrals and case management activities for multiple care provider clients.
- Ensure timely access and coordination of care for clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Diploma in Nursing, plus three years of recent experience in a broad-based acute care setting.
- Current BCLS qualification.
- Eligibility to register with RNANTNU.
