About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, facilities, and services to ensure effective delivery of care services.
  • Coordinate referrals and case management activities for multiple care provider clients.
  • Ensure timely access and coordination of care for clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Diploma in Nursing, plus three years of recent experience in a broad-based acute care setting.
  • Current BCLS qualification.
  • Eligibility to register with RNANTNU.
