Job Title: Woodworking Craftsman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Woodworking Craftsman to join our team at ASR Painting Ltd.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a variety of settings, including residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials
  • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
  • Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other establishments
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Ability to work on site with minimal supervision
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.

Work Environment:

This role requires physical stamina and ability to work in various locations. Work conditions and physical capabilities include bending, crouching, kneeling, and working in a physically demanding environment.
