About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Coordinator to join our team at Alphabet Creative. As a Media Coordinator, you will play a key role in advising clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies, conducting analytical marketing studies, and developing marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
  • Conduct analytical marketing studies
  • Develop portfolio of marketing materials
  • Develop marketing strategies
  • Review quotations
  • Provide estimate of costs
  • Process purchases
  • Produce reports
  • Prepare purchase orders
  • Prepare marketing plans
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Plan and manage budgets
  • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
  • Negotiate offers from suppliers
  • Implement marketing activities
  • Establish marketing programs
  • Develop marketing and communication plans
  • Develop media strategies and public relations activities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems
  • Consult with suppliers
  • Co-ordinate media services
  • Monitor and evaluate
  • Schedule activities
  • Estimate cost of projects
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with Salesforce and other marketing software
