As a Delivery Driver - Grocery Specialist with Save-On-Foods, you will be responsible for delivering groceries in a fully equipped van and providing exceptional customer-first service. You will work with the online shopping team and customer service center to resolve customer service recovery situations involving returns, refunds, etc. Your goal will be to achieve operational standards for the Online Shopping Department, while operating the delivery vehicle safely and maintaining it to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver groceries to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise during delivery.
  • Work with the online shopping team to resolve customer service recovery situations.
  • Maintain the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.

Requirements:

  • A valid class 5 MB driver's licence and a clean driver's abstract.
  • Experience in a customer service-related role.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • The ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • The ability to use a smartphone and operate Google Maps.
