Are you a skilled general internist looking for a challenging opportunity to manage complex inpatients? HealthMatch BC is currently recruiting one locum physician to join our dynamic team at Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre.

About the Role

We are seeking a hardworking and proficient internist who can effectively manage busy inpatient and outpatient services, prioritizing health authority-based hospital work. The ideal candidate will have excellent consultation skills and be able to manage internal medicine ward services and rapid access clinics.

The hospital is a tertiary regional referral centre serving the population of Fraser East, and we offer various internal medicine subspecialty services, including critical care, cardiology, nephrology, infectious diseases, and more.

About the Benefits

This role offers a competitive MOCAP Level 1 salary, plus MSP billing, as well as an APP contract for GIM Ward. You will also have the opportunity to work with existing Internists in developing and running an inpatient General Internal Medicine unit for medically complex patients.
