Occupational Therapist Opportunity at Lifemark

Lifemark is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Tantallon. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical and psycho-social recovery of our clients.

About the Role

This is a casual part-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for assessing clients' physical and cognitive functioning, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans, and educating clients on safe body mechanics and cognitive behavioral strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing clients' physical and cognitive functioning
  • Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing education and support to clients
  • Collaborating with the inter-professional team
  • Managing caseload in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • Registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists
  • Previous experience treating clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
