At Softchoice, we're seeking a skilled Solution Architect to join our team and help our customers transform their workplaces with Microsoft 365. As a key member of our sales team, you'll work closely with customers to understand their business challenges and design innovative solutions that drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a deep understanding of our customers' business needs and design solutions that meet their goals.
  2. Collaborate with our sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive customer success.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest Microsoft 365 technologies and best practices to provide expert guidance to our customers.
  4. Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate workshops to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in technology sales or services delivery.
  • Foundation-level training in Microsoft 365 technologies, with a desire to develop expertise in secondary technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
