Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead the analysis of financial data to inform strategic decisions and improve financial performance.
  • Oversee the annual budgeting process and ensure accurate projections.
  • Manage long-range financial forecasting tools to model scenarios and help the business plan for growth.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to assess financial health and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, including executive-level experience.
  • Degree in Business or Finance, with a Professional Chartered Accounting (CPA) designation.
  • Excellent understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of leveraging financial data to drive business decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and systems, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and reporting & business intelligence (BI) tools.
Benefits and Compensation:

This senior-level position comes with an attractive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement savings plan.
