Financial Accountant

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at 1227557 AB Ltd. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and general ledgers.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and reports as required.
- Accounting Software: Utilize accounting software, including QuickBooks, to manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
- MS Office: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Skills: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, work under pressure, accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliability.
This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
