Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Growth Manager to approach business prospects on behalf of our company. Your primary goal will be to attract new clients for our Business to Business (B2B) division. You will work closely with clients from various industries, including start-ups, established corporations, and everything in between.
Your responsibilities will include consulting with clients on their currency requirements, risk profile, and payment solutions. You will also need to progress towards securing sustainable, profitable trading relationships. This will involve performing market analysis, attending on- and offline events, and managing the full sales cycle up to onboarding the new client.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Financially astute with knowledge of business needs
- Demonstrated success in new business sales in a dynamic environment consistently achieving or exceeding targets
- Experienced in consultative selling and customer acquisition strategies, including networking events, trade fairs, cold calling, etc.
- Adept at executive corporate level negotiations and building long-term client relationships
- Proficient in Salesforce
- Ability to work individually and collaborate with others in a fast-paced, team environment, making quick decisions, and managing timelines
- Previous experience working towards key performance indicators and individual targets to achieve weekly, quarterly, and annual goals
