We're seeking an experienced Financial Portfolio Specialist to join our team. This key role is responsible for the administration and management of a portfolio of distressed accounts, which could include any and all of AFSC's product lines.
The successful candidate will require a high degree of independence, specialized knowledge, and experience in working with uncertainty in a rapidly changing environment. They'll need to be creative, strategic thinkers who can develop effective plans to work with clients, navigate exit strategies, and maximize recoveries.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a collaborative group, applying various Acts to account management, while balancing recovery and reputation. You'll maintain professional and independent management of businesses and persons, seeking opportunities to find and negotiate solutions for both AFSC and the debtor.
You'll also work closely with Credit, garnering increased knowledge or expanding on cash flow and security analysis and solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a university degree or equivalent related work experience, along with 7 years of combined lending (including high-risk accounts) and collection experience.
