Production Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Operations Manager to join our team at Imperial Shake Co Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production department.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
- Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Staff Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
- Productivity Improvement: Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
