  • Master's degree in a relevant field

Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role

Work Environment:

  • Retail, wholesale, or distribution sector

Work Arrangement: This position requires on-site presence; remote work is not an option.

  • Mandarin

Financial Oversight:

  • Responsible for budgets ranging from $1,500,001 to $8,000,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational strategies and initiatives
  • Authorize and oversee the formation of major departments and senior staff roles
  • Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments
  • Set organizational objectives and develop or endorse policies and programs
  • Act as the organization's representative in negotiations or delegate representatives for official functions
  • Select and empower middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel; ensure optimal working conditions
  • Oversee project management
  • Design, develop, and implement business solutions for information systems
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; approve promotional strategies and overall human resources planning
