Job Title: Janitorial Services Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Manager to join our team at Bz Maintenance Services LTD.

Job Summary:

The Janitorial Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our janitorial services, including managing staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise a team of janitorial staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent service to our clients.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all clients and maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Budgeting: Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Janitorial service company.
  • Relocation: Relocation costs not covered by employer.
