Job Summary

DC Logistic Alberta Inc is seeking a skilled Truck Driver - Logistics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials across various routes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation of Goods: Load and unload goods from trucks, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the condition of the vehicle, including tires, lights, brakes, and other equipment.
  • Communication: Receive and relay information to central dispatch, ensuring seamless coordination of transportation operations.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Cargo Security: Ensure the safety and security of cargo during transportation.
Requirements
  • Driver's License: Possess a valid Class 1 or A driver's license.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a truck driver is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: Work 40 hours per week.
