Key Responsibilities

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Strategy Analyst with a strong background in strategy, business analysis, and market research. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing strategic plans, analyzing complex data, and communicating insights to senior leadership.

Key qualifications include:

  • MBA or relevant graduate degree
  • Project management experience or PMP designation
  • 2-3 years of experience in a consulting professional service firm, Consumer Packaged Goods, or Public Sector with a focus on strategy
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience presenting to groups, including senior leaders, with confidence and poise
About the Job

This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid work schedule. The current in-office requirement is a minimum of 3 days/week, with the option to work remotely as needed. The OCS office is located near York Mills and Yonge Street, but we reserve the right to change this policy and its office location at any time.

Compensation: The target hiring range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000, with a salary range of $71,106. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
