About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Associate to join our client's growing team in downtown Toronto. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling a large number of files through the litigation process, both independently and as part of an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of files through the litigation process
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve case goals
  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies
  • Provide exceptional client service and communication

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years' post-call experience in Civil/Commercial Litigation
  • Demonstrated knowledge and interest in Litigation, particularly complex litigation matters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
