Job Title

Senior Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team at Comtech Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage engineering projects, including conceptual planning, design, and implementation.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  3. Coordinate and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  5. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project success.
Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience in engineering project management.

Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and standards, including project management methodologies and tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and priorities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Project, Excel, and Word.

Ability to travel as required, with occasional overnight stays.
