About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tool & Die Apprentice to join our team at Magna. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for completing tasks and assignments within the trade under the direction of a Tool & Die Maker.

Your Responsibilities
  • Complete theoretical training as per government regulation and pass required exams.
  • Complete training standards as per government guidelines.
  • Be familiar and comply with Massiv Die-Form's Apprenticeship Program Policy & Procedures Guideline.
  • Responsible for applicable QEMS policies, procedures and work instructions.
  • Assist toolmakers in production run.
  • Responsible to carry out duties for Health, Safety, and Environment in accordance with the HS&E Agreement for Employees - Addendum.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as required and assigned.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 education required.
  • Good communication skills, attendance and performance required.
  • Previous tooling/machine shop experience an asset.
  • Crane/Forklift experience an asset.
