Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize logistics operations
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and execution
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods
  • Keep track of shipments and maintain accurate records of inventory and logistics activities
  • Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication
