Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Janitorial Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of our travel centers and restaurants.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including restrooms, showers, and common areas.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and surfaces to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Perform general repair and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Provide excellent guest service by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated and self-starting individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to perform basic repairs.
