About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Canada Y.C. Music Academy Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our music academy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Support
    • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters.
    • Coordinate special events and promotions to increase brand awareness.
    • Develop and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials.
  • Communication
    • Respond to written and oral inquiries from clients and stakeholders.
    • Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials.
  • Database Management
    • Maintain and manage our digital database to track marketing efforts and client interactions.
  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
    • Initiative, judgement, and flexibility.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • Experience in marketing or a related field is an asset.
